Terms of service

As these are wild insects, please note there is a 5% chance on average that it may not emerge successfully. Should your chrysalis fail to complete its enclosing, we will replace it in the next available batch. Replacement will be available for pick up in home office in Ewa Beach or delivery service is available for a fee. 

We are not able to guarantee the butterfly emerging date as these are wild insects. However, we will provide an estimated date in the welcome card for your reference.
